STATEMENT from David J. Tovey:

As Proprietor of MonTeas, it is important to reassure all customers and stakeholders in contact with the business and myself, that I continue to observe the highest standards of personal hygiene in all daily activities.

My training originated with qualification gained from the Royal Institute of Public Health & Hygiene and has continued with ongoing updates from sources including the World Health Organisation and U.K. Government. Tea supplies are sufficient at this time for the forthcoming months and this continues to be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Tea Orders continue to be available for online shopping at www.monteas.co.uk and telephone orders are also accepted by calling 07967 475421. Please note that if your call cannot be answered immediately then a message should be left for a call back as soon as I am free to do so.

I would like to personally assure everyone of my very best service at all times and this period is no exception in doing everything I can to help you.

STORAGE: MonTeas now uses 100% non-plastic packaging, therefore, all loose leaf infusions should be stored separately to prevent flavour cross-over.  For best longevity with quality integrity kept cool, in airtight containers and away from light, moisture and strong odours.
